Acqua E Sale is a modern and authentic Italian retreat inspired by the southern Italian island of Sardinia. Our cuisine is imbued with the flavors of the Mediterranean Sea and the salty mountains.

The name Acqua e Sale, meaning ‘Water and Salt,’ reflects two essential elements in Italian cuisine, fundamental to crafting our pizza and pasta dough.

We take great pride in offering traditional wood-fired pizza and homemade pasta dishes, each bursting with rich flavors, or ‘sapori.’

Our restaurant has received numerous accolades, including the prestigious Young Achiever of 2022 award won by our Chef Concas. In 2023, we were honored as the Best Italian Restaurant, Best Pizza Restaurant, and Best Casual Dining in WA. Additionally, we were recognized as the Best Nationwide Italian Restaurant in 2023. And in 2024 we also won Best Italian restaurant in WA with the silver plate for Best Italian in Australia.
